Add CVs to the shortlist

Each CV is converted to text, personal details are removed before any AI sees it, and the redacted CV is scored against both the PM and SPM rubrics. Nothing is emailed from this screen.

Role

Every CV in this batch is filed under this role. Each is still scored on both rubrics.
